Professional culinary diploma or similar advantageous

Familiar with HACCP requirements and standards

Honest personality with integrity and likes to work in a team with no hierarchical thinking

Lead a small team of cooks and kitchen staff

Cook for guests (20 guests in Full Camp) at 5-star level and staff members according to meal plan

Present and introduce new meals/dishes

Responsible for food & beverage management - purchasing, hygiene and stock

Optimal use of food stocks (compliance with budget targets)

Responsible for cleanliness of the kitchen
