CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must be a hands-on leader and should be able to run breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Proven experience managing a kitchen and a team
- Formal qualification is beneficial
- Must be able to do costings, menu planning, and development
- Be well-versed in stock control and ordering
- Be able to work independently
- Must be able to manage and minimize wastage
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
- Impeccable hygiene and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
