Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head chef to organize the kitchen operation. Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of servings.Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer.Control and direct the food preparation process.Remedy any problems or defects.Managing and training kitchen staff.Comply with health and safety standard.Maintain records of payroll and attendance.Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co -workers.Delegating and directing duties too staff.Ensuring discipline among staff.Stocks controls.Ensuring a clean and well organised kitchen.Time management

Over see front off house on certain days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R9000,00 - R10000,00 per month

Certificate (Preferred)
Experience:

Head chef: 3 years (Preferred)
