Qualifications and Experience

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, or similar role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury restaurant setting
• Strong mixology and wine knowledge essential
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Degree or Diploma in

Management or a related field preferred * Ability to thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environmentsPreferred Skills

• Knowledge of restaurant software, inventory management, and POS systems
