The successful candidate will be passionate about quality, seasonality, and guest satisfaction, and will be expected to lead a small team while maintaining the highest culinary standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and manage a small team
• Design and implement seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Uphold exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met
• Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure team growth and consistency
• Collaborate with management to ensure seamless guest experiences

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role within an upmarket hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A creative and modern approach to cuisine with attention to detail
• Proficient in kitchen administration, costing, and stock control
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Culinary qualification advantageous
• Available to start as soon as possible
