This private nature reserve, nestled in the heart of the Greater Addo region in the Eastern Cape, is seeking a passionate and visionary Head Chef. Candidate requirements:
- Must have Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, in a luxury lodge environment
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- A solid track record of overseeing all kitchen operations
