Head Barista - Strolla (Sea Point)

Strolla is looking for a

Head Barista

who takes coffee seriously -- but not themselves. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows their craft, thrives in a busy service environment, and sets the standard behind the bar.

What you'll be doing

Leading the cafe rush to ensure great quality, with a smile, every morning Dialling in daily and maintaining consistent standards across service Training and upskilling baristas to perform under pressure Managing stock, prep, and equipment care Working closely with management to keep service smooth and professional Jumping in where needed -- this is a working role, not a clipboard position

What we're looking for

Solid experience as a

senior or head barista

in a high-volume cafe or restaurant Strong technical coffee knowledge (espresso, milk, workflow, speed) Natural leadership -- calm, organised, and respected by your team High standards, good energy, and attention to detail Reliability and professionalism
