To ensure the effective execution of the Insurance sales through the external Sales Contact Centre, whilst creating and maintaining new partnerships aligned to the full end to end sales strategy. Focus on increasing revenue through relationship management, training, marketing and sales initiatives with current and potential third party partnerships, in support of Business growth and strengthened relationships.

Personal and Private Banking
8-10 years
Experience in managing a contact centre environment; experience in managing external vendors/ partners, experience in implementing projects from an operations perspective; understands risk and controls. Exposure to driving sales and service. Understands the banks processes, procedures and systems (e.g., procurement). Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth, supplemented by experience in Client and Sales Experience.
