Hatfield, Pretoria: SENIOR RAF LITIGATION ATTORNEY (THIRD PARTY CLAIMS)

Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking male (preferably aged approximately 35 years)

-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must

-7 to 10 years post admission experience in Litigation, Personal Injury Claims and Third Party Claims (against RAF) a must

-PRASA Claims preferred

-Knowledge of applicable personal injury and RAF legislation essential

-Independently functional in litigation process, from handling of claim submission to High Court trials

-Able to manage own Department

-Drivers license and own vehicle a must

-Residing in Pretoria a must

-Stable employment record and contactable References

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Third Party Claims against Road Accident Fund, Personal Injury Claims and PRASA Claims

-Litigation Procedures, including High Court Litigation

-Drafting legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English

-Managing of own Department

-General attorney duties

Salary: R 60 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)
