Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building routine checks as assigned
- Replace bulbs and safe disposal thereof
- Assist the maintenance Liaison officer
- General assistance to facilitates staff and all clients
- Movement (Portage) of goods and materials
- Collection of material from suppliers
- Manage and maintain own toolbox
- Manage and maintain workshop and store rooms
- Cleaning of the premises after maintenance e.g Parking and store rooms
- Grade 12
- 5 Years as a general worker (Handyman)
- General Handyman Knowledge
- Health and safety knowledge
- Skilled in Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Tilling and Painting
- Wielding skills / Certificate
- Working at heights training
- Operate power and hand tools
