Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic electrical work.
Perform basic plumbing work.
General building maintenance.
Maintain, repair, and move furniture.
Install and replace floors, tiling and stairs as needed.
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings.
Perform thorough facility inspections and schedule any necessary repairs (internal & external)
Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work.
To be able to work at heights (non-Acrophobia).
Be able to work overtime.
Skills Requirement:
Basic Plumbing knowledge
Basic Electrical Knowledge
Customer service Ability to use common power and hand tools.
Self-starter with good time management skills
Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
Matric/Grade 12
Valid driver's License * Effective communication across all levels
