Job Description
Carry out minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work
Paint, patch, and perform surface repairs on walls, ceilings and floors
Perform general repairs on doors, windows, roofs and other parts of the building
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and fixtures
Clean downpipes and gutters
Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend effective solutions
Assemble furniture, equipment or fixtures as needed
Maintain tools and ensure proper use of materials
Follow health, safety and compliance guidelines
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in outdoor spaces
