Job Description
Summary
The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the effective maintenance of OHHA's developments considering all company requirements for health and hygiene by attending all minor plumbing and maintenance tasks.
Operational Requirements
Maintenance of existing rental portfolio Inspect units and buildings where required. Identify any defects and the repairs and resources required to eliminate these defects. Action maintenance requirements as identified by job cards. Attend all maintenance duties around complexes. Identify plumbing maintenance required. Stock control Participate in community initiatives implemented by the organisation
Minimum requirements
A Grade 12 qualification Valid driver's license +3 years' Experience in the plumbing field - (Not necessarily qualified) Experience in a technical/building maintenance field.
