Handyman
Job Description
:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team and assist with the upkeep of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in various trades and be proactive in identifying and resolving maintenance issues. You will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure that our properties are always well-maintained and in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to complete repairs and projects.
Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:
Joinery / Carpentry - repairing doors, frames, cupboards, shelving, etc.
Painting & Touch-ups - maintaining a professional appearance of the property.
Basic electrical and plumbing work
Conduct routine inspections of the property and report any issues.
Assist in coordinating with external contractors for projects
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a commercial property environment.
Knowledge of joinery, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work.
Valid driver's license.
No criminal record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and organization skills.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
