Job Description
Candidate Key Performance OutputsExecute repairs and renovations to interior and exterior surfaces, fixtures and fittings;
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of property including, but not limited to, painting, tiling, cleaning gutters and general maintenance repairs including doors locks and door repairs;
Perform preventative maintenance;
Respond to emergency calls;Candidate Requirements/Experience3 xe2x80x93 5 years experience in same or similar role;
Code 10 drivers licence;
General maintenance skills including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and building;
Good physical fitness is an inherent requirement for the role;
Availability to work over weekends and public holidays;
