Minimum Requirements:,
Prior experience in a Halaal kitchen preferred
Matric (Grade 12)
Formal culinary training is a plus
Willingness to learn and take direction
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with food prep under guidance of senior chefs
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
Uphold Halal compliance at all times
Portion and plate dishes during service
Support kitchen team with general duties as needed
