Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Conduct Theory & Practical Training (Online & Classroom) as per the Training Calendar for new and existing Sorbet citizens.
Timeous marking of theoretical assessments after training completed and results captured and emailed to Franchise Partners.
Timeous marking of feedback forms after training completed and results captured into Teams Link.
Regular scheduling of Talk Shows in region / stores allocated (every month will be required for one of the Regions).
Guidance and support offered to allocated AM and FP
Conduct Theory & Practical Training for RPL & Hair, Sorbet Man Academies as per the Training Calendar to train and build a pool of potential Citizens for Store
Timeous marking of theoretical & practical assessments after training in accordance with SETA/QCTO. Completed and results captured and uploaded in Teams folder.
Updating of training content (manuals and presentations) for Sorbet Hair & Academy training
Updating of theoretical assessments and corresponding memorandums relevant to training manual.

Minimum requirements
Education and Experience
Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Hair.
At least 2 years training, recruiting and development experience.
