HAIR & BASIN OPERATOR

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

REPORTS TO: Owner
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Seasonal / Fixed Term contract
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Permitted for employment in South Africa

At least 1 year working in a hair salon or spa as a basin operator
Excellent time management
Able to build good rapport with clients - bubbly and welcoming
Focused on maintaining a clean, hygienic work area (basin, mirror stations, stock room, laundry)

SKILLS:

Shampoo duties
Color application assistance
Blow dries
Any assistance required by senior stylists
Coffee / Tea and refreshments prep
Laundry of towels
Housekeeping (sweeping and cleaning of hair stations & basin)
Assist with stock or any other ad-hoc hair salon duties as required by management
