We are a boutique fitness facility offering a welcoming, professional, and community-driven training environment. Our reception team plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and supporting the smooth daily operation of the gym.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Managing check-ins and bookings on the gym management system
Answering phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
Assisting with memberships, payments, and general queries
Maintaining a clean, organised reception and entrance area
Supporting daily admin tasks and basic reporting
Communicating effectively with coaches, management, and members
Requirements
Strong people and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and confident demeanour
Good organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable using computers and booking systems
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
