An Intimate and Luxurious Safari Lodge is looking for a GUIDE/ADMIN COUPLE
Candidate requirements:
GUIDE:
- Valid RSA Drivers Licence & PDP
- Must have FGASA qualifications
- FGASA Trails qualifications an advantage
- DEAT registration (Limpopo)
- Valid First Aid
- Previous experience as a Kruger OSV Guide
- Must be well-presented and a great team player
- Must have a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Must be well-spoken with great communication skills
- Hands on approach towards guest experience
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Sound administration, accounts and stock control knowledge
- Computer literate to a high level
- Excellent knowledge of booking platforms
- Must be confident to manage a small team of housekeepers
- Must be a good leader
- Minimum 2-4 years in a similar position
- Must be highly organized and well presented
- Must have excellent multi-taking skills
- Excellent Guest liaison skills
- Have a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & food
- Polite, friendly person that can think on their feet
- Resilient & flexible personality
- Fantastic references
