A well-established and growing hospitality business in Namaqualand is seeking an experienced, hands-on Guesthouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a guesthouse, luxury villa, and associated accommodation properties. Position Details
Location: Springbok, Namaqualand, Northern Cape
Salary: R12,000 R15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage the operation as if it were your own business
Full accountability for property, staff, and operations
Deliver outstanding guest experiences
Actively assist guests and oversee hospitality functions
Prepare and submit weekly management reports
Implement and maintain operational systems and standards
Recruit, train, and develop staff
Manage staff contracts and HR administration
Work closely with the owner
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
Minimum Requirements
Relevant certification or training in hospitality
3 - 5 years management experience
Strong computer literacy
Willingness to work long and irregular hours
