Responsibilities:
Welcome and introduce the lodge and spa experience to guests
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Communicate all relevant guest information to appropriate departments
Assist guests with bookings, tours, transfers, and itinerary planning
Manage the following: Daily itinerary documentation, Guest call logs, Incoming calls and guest concerns
Support the reservations team with bookings and guest messages
Conduct thorough handovers with the Night Auditor and early/late shift Guest Relations team
Report any urgent issues or concerns to the manager on duty
Perform night audit duties twice per month
Requirements:
Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar guest-facing role
Strong computer literacy and excellent administrative abilities
Genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills--both written and verbal (in person and over the phone)
Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills
Confident and comfortable interacting with high-profile clientele
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
Naturally warm and welcoming demeanour
Punctual, self-disciplined, and reliable
Meticulous attention to detail
Proactive and collaborative team player
