We're looking for a dynamic Guest Relations Officer to deliver seamless, luxury guest experiences from arrival to departure. This is a key front-of-house role, ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism, warmth, and precision.

? Responsibilities include:

Welcoming & checking in/out guests
/p
p
Assisting with itineraries, tours, bookings & transfers
/p
p
Liaising across departments to ensure smooth service
/p
p
Maintaining accurate guest information & profiles
/p
p
Managing daily call logs, day sheets & handovers
/p
p
Supporting Spa, Housekeeping & F&B teams when needed
/p
p
Handling guest concerns with efficiency & care
/p
p
? Requirements:
/p
p
Hospitality qualification (Certificate/Diploma)
/p
p
2-3 yrs' experience in a similar luxury role
/p
p
Excellent admin & computer skills
/p
p
Strong customer service orientation
/p
p
Polished, professional, warm & outgoing
/p
p
Extreme attention to detail
/p
p
Reliable transport essential
/p
