As the Guest Relations Officer/ Hotel Receptionist , you will be the face of the property, ensuring each guest enjoys a world-class experience. The role includes managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, coordinating guest itineraries, and liaising with multiple departments to anticipate and meet guest needs.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and orientate guests on arrival.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and billing.
Handle guest requests, bookings, and itineraries.
Liaise with departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Update guest profiles and maintain accurate records.
Conduct daily guest communication and follow-ups.
Assist with administration and night audit duties as required.
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management.
2-3 years' experience in a guest relations or front-office role.
Proficiency with PMS and reservation systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional presentation and service mindset.
Reliable transport and willingness to work flexible shifts.
