Guest Relations Officer

to be the face of our brand and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.

Your Role:

As a

Guest Relations Officer

, you will:

Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns via in-person, phone, email, or WhatsApp. Assist with reservations, guest orientation, and day-to-day front office operations. Support the Guest Relations Manager in preparing daily operational sheets and managing guest arrivals. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to guarantee high standards. Help troubleshoot guest issues in accommodations, such as Wi-Fi, TV, or air-conditioning.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus). Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and hospitality software (e.g., Nightsbridge). 1-2 years' experience in guest relations or similar hospitality role. Friendly, professional, and well-groomed with high standards of personal hygiene. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail and urgency.
