Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Manager to oversee all aspects of guest interactions and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As the Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing reservations, handling guest feedback, and coordinating with various departments to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally
- Supervise reservations and oversee room assignments
- Collaborate with departments to address guest needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer service standards
- Train and supervise staff to deliver superior guest service
