Guest Relations Consultant - South AfricaHospitality and Outdoor xe2x80x93 Urgent Vacancy - Guest Relations ConsultantLuxury Resort - MozambiqueThe primary focus of the Guest Relations Consultant is to cultivate activities & experiences from conception through to completion, providing outstanding customer service and organising memorable experiences that meet quality expectations xe2x80x93 across the resort.Requirements:Must sell resort activities to clientsHelp to setup meals, activities etc.Must be very good with guestsBeach resort experience preferred4/5 star experience (ESSENTIAL)Tertiary qualification highly advantageousManagement Experience in a multi xe2x80x93 space environment (3 years)Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.Ability to forecast events and activities operational needs.
