Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and personable Guest Relations Consultant to join the team at a luxury safari lodge in the North West. This live-in role is perfect for a service-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills, solid hospitality experience, and a flexible, hands-on attitude.

? Key Responsibilities:
/p
p
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and all related communication
/p
p
Ensure a seamless, memorable guest experience from arrival to departure
/p
p
Assist in hosting guest activities and meal services when required
/p
p
Maintain accurate guest records and manage bookings using hospitality software
/p
p
Liaise with all departments to ensure efficient service delivery
/p
p
Handle guest feedback and queries in a professional manner
/p
p
? Requirements:
/p
p
Prior experience in a similar guest-facing hospitality role is essential
/p
p
Strong people and communication skills
/p
p
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
/p
p
Familiarity with hospitality systems (Benson or Tall Order experience beneficial)
/p
p
Drivers licence and own transport required
/p
p
Willingness to assist in other lodge duties when needed
/p
p
