Guest Liaison / Night Relief
professional to deliver seamless, sophisticated hospitality from the first greeting to the final farewell -- day or night.What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist guests with warmth, precision, and genuine care. Manage reservations, check-ins, billing, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion. Coordinate concierge requests and bespoke guest itineraries. Handle overnight operations, ensuring security and readiness for the next day's service. Liaise across departments to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
What You'll Need:
Formal hospitality qualification (preferred). Minimum
3 years' experience
in a5-star or luxury environment
. Strong administrative and computer skills (Opera, POS, MS Office). Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. A calm, polished presence and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights.What's on Offer:
