Job Summary Guest Liaison / Concierge Relief | Luxury Boutique Hotel | Cape Town ? Salary: R16,500 gross per month | Shift Work | Live-Out Kendrick Recruitment is excited to recruit a polished and service-driven Guest Liaison / Concierge Relief for a prestigious luxury boutique hotel in Cape Town. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who loves crafting personalised guest experiences, anticipating needs, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint ? Requirements: o Proven concierge experience in luxury hospitality (5-star environment essential) o Exceptional organisational and administrative skills o Deep knowledge of Cape Town's dining, cultural, arts, and leisure experiences o Anticipatory, intuitive, and guest-focused with excellent communication skills o Sophisticated, polished, and professional presentation o Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage o Computer literate (Opera, MICROS/POS, Word, Excel) o Flexible and willing to work early, late, and night shifts Key Responsibilities: o Deliver seamless, personalised service from pre-arrival to departure o Manage guest interactions and provide informed recommendations for activities, dining, and cultural experiences o Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations o Curate tailored guest itineraries and experiences o Maintain accurate guest profiles and records of preferences o Uphold luxury service standards and attention to detail at all times Package: o Salary: R16,500 gross per month o Medical Aid: 50% contribution (main member only, Discovery Health - Key Care plan) o Pension: 6% contribution, employer and employee (Momentum) o Gratuity: Paid monthly in arrears o Shift work: Early (06:30-15:30) / Late (14:00-23:00) / Night (22:00-07:00) If you are passionate about creating personalised, world-class guest experiences and thrive in a luxury environment, we would love to hear from you.
