Job Summary Key Responsibilities Oversee all operations: reservations, check-in/check-out, guest relations, housekeeping, breakfast service, stock-control, maintenance, on-line marketing, and staff management of a small team Daily cash-ups, petty cash management, purchases of stock, and reconciliations Submit reports to the Director Maintain and manage inventory and stock Manage guest reviews and feedback to improve services Requirements Previous experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a Guest House, Lodge or Boutique Hotel Hands-on Manager Strong administrative and basic accounting skills Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage warmly with guests and the team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), email, and booking software.
