In this role, you'll manage bookings across platforms like Booking.com, Lekkeslaap, and Airbnb, while ensuring guests receive seamless communication and support from enquiry to check-out.
Please note:
this is a seasonal, six-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Management
Process and manage guest bookings via a shared mailbox
Confirm reservations and handle payment follow-ups
Prevent cancellations by monitoring and addressing unpaid bookings within 48 hours
Platform & Listing Coordination
Manage property listings across multiple platforms (Booking.com, Lekkeslaap, Airbnb, etc.)
Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and optimized
Guest & Agent Communication
Respond to enquiries from guests and agents professionally and promptly
Communicate through email, phone, WhatsApp, and WATI chat platforms
Property Knowledge
Build detailed knowledge of all listed properties - from amenities to location and policies
Use this knowledge to guide and assist guests effectively
Follow-Ups
Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries to improve booking conversions
What You'll Need:
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A customer-first attitude and strong communication abilities
Experience in hospitality or guest services (preferred but not essential)
Confidence using booking platforms and communication tools
