Gueast Relations Manager Required for Hotel in Cape Town
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and familiarize guests to the hotel
- Address guest requests promptly and effectively.
- Handle guest complaints by actively listening and finding solutions.
- Facilitate communication between guests and staff, ensuring resolution of concerns.
- Personalize services for special guests.
- Inform guests about available facilities within the estate.
- Supervise the guest relations team to uphold standards and operating procedures.
- Evaluate team performance and assign tasks.
- Generate weekly customer reports and online reviews, suggesting improvements.
Requirements:
- Hospitality Certificate/Diploma.
- Preferably 23 years of Guest Relations Manager or similar experience.
- Proficient in computer use and administration.
- Familiarity with hotel management best practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage stress.
- Exemplary ethical conduct, honesty, and integrity.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong problemsolving and multitasking aptitude.
- Selfdisciplined and reliable.
