ob Summary:

We are seeking a

highly experienced Guarding Controller

to operate in a

fast-paced, high-pressure 24/7 Control Room environment

. This role requires an individual who can

think clearly under pressure

, make

rapid operational decisions

, and manage multiple incidents simultaneously while ensuring strict compliance with procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate within a

high-pressure control room

managing multiple guarding sites Monitor, dispatch, and coordinate guards and supervisors in real time Receive, assess, prioritise, and escalate incidents

without delay

Make

time-critical decisions

during emergencies and operational disruptions Maintain constant monitoring of radios, panic buttons, CCTV, and communication platforms Ensure guards remain on post and comply with deployment instructions Accurately log all incidents, movements, and decisions under pressure Escalate incidents to management

in line with SOPs

Maintain strict shift handovers to ensure zero operational gaps Enforce company policies, PSIRA requirements, and client protocols

Minimum Requirements:

Extensive proven experience as a Guarding Controller in a high-pressure control room

Strong understanding of guarding operations and emergency response procedures Ability to

remain calm, decisive, and focused under extreme pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of computer literacy (control room systems, CCTV, reporting platforms) Willingness to work

rotational shifts

, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Valid PSIRA registration (minimum Grade C - A preferred)

Clear criminal record

Advantageous:

Experience in armed response or reaction control rooms Proven ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously Supervisory or senior control room experience
