Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.

What to Expect

An 11-month experience that offers real responsibilities, impactful projects, and continuous learning across South Africa's leading property portfolio. Valuable exposure to different teams, environments, and operations in off-site locations. These experiences, when they arise, are a great way to broaden your perspective and deepen your understanding of the property industry. As part of the journey, you will attend a role specific learnership to accelerate your development.

Reporting Manager

Throughout your journey, you will be supported by a Senior Manager who will provide direction, feedback and mentorship to help you grow, learn and thrive in your role.

What You Will be Empowered to Do

Solve real problems: Apply your analytical mindset to improve service delivery and drive continuous innovation across our business. Communicate with impact: Craft reports, briefings, articles, and presentations that influence and inspire. Support strategic implementation: Help bring sector-specific recommendations to life by monitoring progress and reviewing action plans. Deliver insightful business reports: Tailor your communication to different audiences, ensuring clarity, relevance and measurable outcomes. Build meaningful relationships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project groups and key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Be a proactive contributor: Engage fully in meetings, events and team activities, bringing energy, ideas and initiative. Own your development: Take charge of your personal and professional growth, with support from mentors and peers. Think big picture: Contribute to broader business planning and strategic conversations that shape our future. Who Should Apply

We welcome graduates with qualifications aligned to the property and built environment sectors, including:



Built Environment and Engineering: Degrees in construction, property studies, quantity surveying, building science, and civil or electrical engineering. Information Technology: IT-related degrees with majors in data science, informatics, AI, robotics, or computer science. Management Sciences: Degrees in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related BCom qualifications that support careers in HR. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG): Qualifications that support sustainability, environmental science or social impact strategy. Legal: Law graduates interested in corporate legal functions, compliance, and governance (excluding those pursuing attorney admission).

Competencies and Skills

A sharp analytical mind paired with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, even when things get fast-paced. Confidence with digital tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A deadline-driven mindset so you are able to manage your time and priorities. Strong presentation and communication skills. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
