How you'll role
The Growth & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and enhancing the overall customer experience across all service models. You will lead sales initiatives, manage digital marketing efforts, and oversee content development to align with our mission of providing zero-waste solutions. This multifaceted role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to meet sales and marketing targets.
What you'll do
- Achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies
- Manage social media presence and paid ad campaigns
- Oversee content creation and marketing material design
- Manage the websites with a focus on SEO, lead generation, and UX
- Lead customer service processes to enhance customer experience
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance and sales funnels
- 3+ years in growth, marketing, or sales roles, specifically in B2C & B2B
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and website management
- Customer service or CX management experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Passion for sustainability and impact-driven work
