We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to architect, own, and optimize the full marketing funnel--from first touch to intro call. This is a high-leverage, hands-on role for someone who loves building systems, designing experiments, and scaling growth engines with precision and creativity. You'll turn Oceans' marketing ecosystem into a predictable, measurable, and efficient pipeline, working across channels, teams, and platforms to drive sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances creativity with analytical rigor, and enjoys building low-CAC, high-efficiency growth loops.
