Role Overview
The Growth Marketer owns the strategy and execution of data-driven initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. This role blends experimentation, performance marketing, and lifecycle optimization--designing and executing campaigns across channels while continuously testing, learning, and scaling what works.
You will act as the growth engine, identifying high-impact opportunities across marketing, product, and distribution channels. This role is ideal for analytical, execution-focused marketers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy experimentation, and are motivated by measurable business outcomes.
Your Impact
Your work will directly influence revenue growth, customer acquisition efficiency, and lifetime value. By identifying scalable channels and optimizing conversion funnels, you'll reduce CAC and improve ROI. Your experiments will generate insights that shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Your cross-functional collaboration will ensure growth initiatives translate into seamless, high-converting user experiences.
