Reel Unlimited is a design subscription platform providing unlimited design and development services primarily to agencies, with additional services for startups and small businesses. We offer flat-rate creative solutions that allow agencies to scale their client work without hiring in-house creative teams. Founded in 2021 as a remote-first company, we operate across 16 countries with localized services in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.
Regarding the role: Reel Unlimited is seeking a high-performing Growth Manager to drive revenue growth through lead conversion, client relationship management, and content creation. This position requires achieving aggressive monthly client acquisition targets through daily sales activities, focusing primarily on agency prospects.
Tasks

• Conduct daily sales calls and product demonstrations to convert inbound leads into clients
• Handle objections and guide agency prospects through the decision-making process
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns to agency founders and decision makers
• Manage sales pipeline and optimize conversion funnels using CRM systems
• Achieve ambitious monthly client acquisition targets with strong conversion rates
• Serve as primary point of contact for existing agency clients and drive retention
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and identify upselling opportunities
• Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms to attract agency prospects
• Produce video tutorials, demo materials, and educational content for prospect engagement
• Create content and marketing materials targeting industry keywords and competitor analysis
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and TikTok
• Test and refine sales scripts, email sequences, and conversion processes
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular growth reports to leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
• Coordinate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and market expansion

Requirements

• 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets
• Experience with high-volume sales activities and intensive calling schedules
• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools
• Content creation skills across social media platforms
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work South Africa timezone with daily calling hours
• Previous experience in agency, design, development or creative services industry preferred
• Available for immediate start
