• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels
• Lead sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
• Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
• Establish and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our services
• Analyze performance metrics across all growth channels and optimize strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials and sales collateral
• Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Manage and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a growth-oriented role, with a proven track record of driving results
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
• Experience in sales and account management
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer collaboration strategies
• Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on growth metrics
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
