PRODUCTION MANAGER/GROWER
RENNIE FARMS-PAARL
Rennie Farms, a producer and supplier of fresh produce with Head Office in Paarl, is looking to appoint a Grower for our company at one of our Paarl farms.
Minimum Requirements:
*Grade 12 Senior Certificate *Diploma required/ Degree in Agriculture for farming is a requirement*
*2-5 years Practical farming exposure to cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes required*Good verbal and written communication skills *Must be willing to work overtime and alternative weekends * South African id is compulsory*
Duties and responsibilities: *Responsible for all operational aspects of your section*Managing of staff reporting to this position *Assess employees performances *Management of all growing and harvesting required *Implement and maintain strict safety and quality standards.
This position will report to the Farm Manager of the Farm where the position is.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive market-related remuneration package with standard benefits. Housing will be provided.
