Coordinate group reservations from initial enquiry to final confirmation using Opera PMS.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Work closely with sales, front office, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and manage group room blocks.
Prepare and present reservation reports and forecasts to management.
Handle any changes, cancellations, or special requests efficiently.
Extensive experience with Opera PMS.
Previous experience in group reservations or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
