We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Groups Reservations Consultant to join our luxury hospitality group in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Opera PMS and a proven track record in managing group reservations. This role demands outstanding organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Description
- Coordinate group reservations from initial enquiry to final confirmation using Opera PMS.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with sales, front office, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and manage group room blocks.
- Prepare and present reservation reports and forecasts to management.
- Handle any changes, cancellations, or special requests efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive experience with Opera PMS.
- Previous experience in group reservations or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
