Group Senior Sous Chef position for well established restaurant group in Kloof Street, Cape Town.
- Overseeing day to day running of 3 kitchens
- Staff management, strong leadership skills required
- Maintaining GP's
- Food feedback and improvement
- Hands on position, based in kitchen
- FIFO management
- Ensuring SOP's are adhered to
- Health and safety.
