Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification
At least 5 years in a senior management role in a high-end restaurant
Multi-site restaurant management experience
Strong business development background, with a sound sense of business acumen.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of F&B industry trends
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
Proficiency in using restaurant management software
