Job Description

Seeking a dynamic, self-driven Marketing Executive to join an Information Technology company. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, ownership, and creativity. As the sole marketing professional in the business, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end marketing function from strategy to execution to support business growth, strengthen the companys brand, and drive demand for our solutions. You will also collaborate with external web developers, designers, and an SEO expert to deliver effective, integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, monitor ROI, and report on results.
  • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns.
  • Partner with web developers, designers, and SEO experts to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Manage website content, updates, and continuous improvements to support conversions.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives through email marketing, content marketing, and paid media.
Content & Communication
  • Create engaging marketing materials: brochures, case studies, presentations, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Manage social media channels with regular content and community engagement.
  • Develop press releases, blogs, and thought-leadership articles relevant to IT audiences.
Events & Campaigns
  • Coordinate industry events, trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns to support product launches or business initiatives.
Sales Enablement
  • Support the sales team with proposals, pitch decks, and targeted marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing and sales strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements and data-driven adjustments for continuous growth.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in a marketing role (B2B/technology industry experience advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot/etc).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing independently, while coordinating with external partners.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in design/content tools (Canva/Adobe Suite) is beneficial.

  • Highly self-motivated and proactive.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of B2B marketing in tech.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
