Job Description
Purpose
Plan and book assets (trucks, trailers, yellow machinery, vehicles) for services as well as maintenance. Ensuring workshop administration and compliance of the above-mentioned.

Washing & Greasing
Refurbishment Planning
Breakdown Scheduling
Roles & Responsibilities
Scheduling templates, detailed schedules & ops integration
Inventory confirmations.
Supplier bookings.
Planning of thorough monthly inspections.
Preventative maintenance scheduled OEM recommendations & monthly inspections.
Daily pre-start verification for every asset.
Deviation closure scheduling.
Refurb identification and rollout of SOP.
Breakdown addition to systems / scheduling to workshops.
Scheduling to / bookings of external service providers.
Minimum Required
Grade 12
Workshop experience (planning for service, planned maintenance, scheduling)
Strong administration skills
Logistics / Transportation background
