Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:

  • Manage, implement, and monitor Kronos (time and attendance) processes in line with internal policies and quality standards.
  • Develop, align, and implement end-to-end standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to workforce management.
  • Perform regular audits and analyse system data to support operational decisions and recommendations.
  • Provide system training, guidance, and support to ensure proper usage and knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy for payroll processing and continually identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Establish system access and approval controls based on user roles and responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role managing the Kronos system
  • Advanced knowledge of time and attendance processes
  • Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
  • Private healthcare sector experience is advantageous
