Purpose of Role




We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This critical role involves evaluating and refining our current recruitment processes, designing and implementing robust recruitment policies and frameworks aligned with best practices, and fostering consistency across the Group. As a key driver of transformation, you will also lead initiatives to train and upskill managers and employees, ensuring alignment and adoption of modern recruitment methodologies and principles.

Objectives of Role



Process Review & Development:




Audit current recruitment and onboarding processes to identify areas of improvement. Design and implement standards and procedures aligned with industry best practices. Ensure alignment of the recruitment process across all entities within the Group.

Tools & Practices:




Assess current recruitment tools and methods, suggesting enhancements where applicable. Standardise interview processes, recruitment principles, placement strategies, and onboarding approach.

Training & Upskilling:




Facilitate training sessions for managers on modern recruitment techniques and tools. Build internal capabilities with HR Business Partners and shared services to ensure sustainable recruitment practices beyond the contract period.

Change Management:




Lead and influence change management efforts to secure buy-in from stakeholders across entities. Drive alignment on recruitment practices through effective communication and collaboration.

Experience and Qualifications



A relevant degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related fields. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or similar roles. Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies and recruitment strategies. Strong background in change management and project management in a multi-entity environment.

Competencies



In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment practices, tools, and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and develop impactful solutions. A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
