Job Summary Our client a National leader in the Retail /Wholesale industry is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a dynamic Group HR Manager to be based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. PLEASE NOTE: This is a Hybrid position in the Retail/ Wholesale industry. KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS ; At least 5 - 10 years HR Management within the retail/wholesale industry. Ability to design and review of annual training matrix for entire business Ability to set up and manage induction and settling in reviews of new starters KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Active involvement in group Retail Stores Recruitment of key critical roles, admin & management level roles and Manco related roles at support office and stores Onboarding and induction processes of Management and Admin placement SOP drafting and Implementation, in line with operational requirements, risk assessments and Compliance Management of unemployed and disabled learnership programs, for skills development and EE requirements Processing of annual license fees and follow up of renewals Culture and Climate Development with Analysis Surveys & Implemented Organizational Structure Design Implementation and management of people performance reviews and improvement plans Ensuring review of employee''s skills from Performance Reviews and implementing skills development processes APPLY NOW!
